Practice Friendly Service Agreement: Sign up for our 1-year agreement with a 30-day termination notice (90-day unwind).  If we’re not meeting or exceeding your expectations, termination should be easy.

Training and Go Live Support: We provide comprehensive 1-2 day onsite training before Go Live for physicians and staff.  Our experience shows that a successful launch hinges on training and practice buy-in.  We also offer 2-day onsite Go Live support to ensure a smooth transition.

Turnkey/Outsourced Services: Once enrolled, our support and care team takes over, handling patient communication, device dispatch, and providing monthly health summaries directly to the EHR.

Support Escalation: Our care team follows practice-established parameters to escalate patient follow-up items. If a patient falls outside these parameters, we intervene, directing them to care options as needed, and alerting the practice through a designated process.

No Cash Flow Disruption: We seamlessly integrate with your billing system, handling billing, collections, and payments without disruption to your current workflow.  Additionally, we reconcile monthly payments and services for each patient before receiving payment from the practice.

Billing Services: Our full-service billing, covers charge entry, collections, and payment postings, relieving your billing department of extra work.
